How to return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and tell us what went wrong. We send you a return address. Post the item back to us.
When you get your money
Once the parcel reaches us we check it and pay you back within 5 working days, into the same account you paid from.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives broken, send us a photo the same day and we replace it free.
